The story

Teamhub was founded in Hamburg by Mathias Bader. What started as a tool for a single association has grown into a platform used by clubs and organizations across Germany and internationally.

Every feature in Teamhub was born from real needs — not from a product roadmap, but from conversations with the people who use it every day. That close collaboration is still at the heart of how Teamhub is built.

Built through conversation

Before a new feature is built, there is a conversation with someone who would actually use it. And when something doesn't work in daily use, it gets changed — not at the next big release. Users of Teamhub aren't a target group; they are part of how the product is made.

Your data stays in Germany

Teamhub is developed in Germany and hosted on German servers. Your members' data never leaves the EU and is protected under GDPR. For a club, data protection isn't an optional feature — it's a responsibility you carry towards the people who trusted you with their information.

A person, not a ticket

When something doesn't work or isn't clear, a person writes back — directly, without a ticket number and without waiting in a queue. Support isn't outsourced at Teamhub; it's part of how the product keeps evolving.
